Sluban offers educational toys in the form of building blocks.
Since 2008, Sluban toys have been available in the Netherlands (and Europe) at a large number of toy stores. Sluban has a wide range with lots of different themes and products suitable for children aged from around 6-12.
In addition, toys for toddlers and pre-school children are also available. The sets from the Big Blocks series are suitable for children as young as 36 months. The different product series offer hours of fun play for both boys and girls!
Sluban building blocks are fully compatible with other brands. The only difference is our figures, which are attached in a different way.
By combining Sluban and other building blocks, large constructions can be created. Unleash your creativity and create stunning constructions!
Via sluban.nl, you can order whichever sets you like. Once you have found a set you want to order, add it to the shopping cart using the green shopping cart button.
Once you are happy with your selection you can proceed to the ordering process at the top right of the shopping cart.
The ordering process consists of four steps:
1. Shopping Cart
Here you can see the set(s) you want to order. In addition, you can also see the total price. This is where you enter any discount code you may have. Shipping costs will be calculated in step 3.
2. Order summary
In the order summary, enter your address and contact information, as well as any billing and delivery addresses.
Here you can also see what options are available for payment. These payment options are also described under 'What payment methods are available?'
If you agree to the terms and conditions you can proceed to step 3.
3. Paying
In step 3, you will once again see an overview of your order. This also includes the calculated shipping cost.
Next, proceed to the payment screen. Here you choose your desired payment option and follow the payment steps.
After completing the payment steps, you will automatically go to step 4.
4. Order placed
Here you will get a confirmation that your order has been placed, together with your order number. Keep these details safe. This is because if you have any questions, we can help you more quickly if you give us the order number.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
For Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) and Germany, there is no shipping cost for orders of €25 or more. Otherwise, a shipping cost of €5 applies.
For France, there is no shipping cost when you place an order for at least €50. Otherwise, €15.33 shipping cost applies.
For other countries within Europe, we always charge a shipping cost

If you pay by credit card, it will be charged immediately.
We use DPD Netherlands to ship our packages.
The customer will receive several emails from DPD about the status of the package.
The customer will receive an email stating when it will be delivered. Then on the delivery day, the customer receives an indication of the time when it will be delivered. Finally, the customer also receives confirmation that the package has been delivered.
DPD has a rule that if packages cannot be delivered, it will take the packages to the nearest Parcel shop.
The delivery time for our sets is 2 - 3 business days.
You have the right to cancel the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you or
a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your wish to cancel the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model cancellation form (PDF) for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery cost (with the exception of any additional cost resulting from you having chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer)
without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. If you return only part of your
order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may delay the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14
days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. You are considered on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must meet the reasonable expectations of the consumer in terms of its nature and function. If a product is defective through no fault of your own, you have the right to a free repair, a replacement, or a refund.
